A boat docked on a beach off of Isle Au Haut, Maine. We had a nice picnic on the wet beach which consisted of Hot Dogs and Lobster. Then we hiked around the entire island, which I think was called Pelt, and I thought I was gonna die at least twice. Climbing on big rocks is all fine and dandy until you reach a point where you're too short to actually manage the climbs the way your 6'2" boyfriend does...

Before I got that lovely, sickening, adrenaline rush, though, I walked along the beach and took this picture.

I love the way the water looks, but I was really taking it because of all the neat valleys in the sand.
